CLASS NK'S WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATION

Bacviet Commercial and Shiptech Company has been approved by Class NK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) for the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) 1G, 2G, 3G and 4G for steel plates, grades of metals are covered for KA, KB, KA 32 and KA 36.

With many experiences for ship repair / steel construction, we are approved by Class NK for WPS in steel plates. Range of thickness plates from 9.0mm to 36.0mm, Welding consumable shielding Gas CO2.

Kinds of joints are included: Butt, Fillet, T - joints with full penetration, one side and double sides ...

Welding positions are covered: Flat ( 1G), Horizontal (2G), Vertical Upward ( 3G) and Overhead ( 4G).

Our company also approved approved WPQ Certificates (Welder Performance Qualification Certificates) for steel plates from 9.0mm to 36.0mm. Welding positions of Welder are covered: Flat ( 1G), Horizontal (2G), Vertical Upward ( 3G) and Overhead ( 4G).
