1/ Hydraulic cylinder condition: Both Hydraulic Cylinders of Lifeboat Davit leakaged, need to overhaul and replace Oil seals and O-rings.

2/ System: LAUNCHING APPLIANCE OF FREE FALL LIFEBOAT ZHENJIANG FH70(JM) Particulars: Model: FH70, Max. working load of davit: 70 KN, Max. Hoisting load of davit: 51KN, Boat hoisting speed: >= 3 m/min,

Boat falls: 20ZAA18×19+FC1770ZS, Power source: AC440V,60Hz,3ph, Power: 15Kw, Model: Y-160L-4-H. Maker: ZHENJIANG MARINE.

3/ The Vessel specifications: Name JABAL SAMHAN built in 2015 is a vessel in the Dry bulk / Ultramax segment. Its IMO number is 9699294 and the current MMSI number is 538007759. The vessel has call sign V7TR6. Summer deadweight is 63658 DWT. 5/ Scope of Job: Full Overhauling Hydraulic Cylinder for Lifeboat Davit at Phu My Port, Vietnam

6/ Steps to performed:

+ Arrange all necessary materials, equipment and manpower to come on board of the Vessel at Phu My Port alongside.

+ Visual inspection.

+ Meeting/ discussing and confirming with Chief Engine for safety control managements and repair plans.

+ Building supports/ staging’s to take out Hydraulic cylinders (2 sets)

+ Building supports to transfer Hydraulic cylinder from site to the main deck and transferring it from main deck to the pier or the boat services.

+ Transfer Hydraulic cylinder from vessel to the workshop in Phu My Ship Repair Workshop.

+ Overhaul Cylinder to check condition of piston, piston ring, cylinder liner ... etc.

+ Renewal Oil seals, O-rings and gasket (Workshop supplied)

+ Reinstalling at workshop/ operation test at workshop.

+ Return to the vessel.

+ Installing on site.

+ Remove supports/ staging’s.

+ Testing by Ship Crew.

+ Submit repair documentations to the Vessel.
