# How did we repair Windlass and Mooring winch at anchorage of Vietnam :

An experienced and good quality workshop in Vietnam for overhauling/ troubleshooting/ repair/ recondition of Windlass/ anchor mooring winch is Bacviet Commercial and Shiptechnical company has been appointed from a good Client from Owner / Ship management in Oman to carry out overhauling and repair for a Bulk Carrier Vessel which named MV JABAL HAFIT at Cua lo anchorage Nghe an Province- Vietnam, scope of jobs are including:

• Arrange all necessary materials, equipment and manpower come on board of the Vessel at Cua Lo anchorage.
• Building support to remove all necessary component to outside for the works.
• Remove out Hydraulic Motor and relate components. Disconnect Mooring shaft coupling.
• Remove our Gearbox foundation bolts, drum foundation bolts, brake of rope drum ... etc.
• Moving all components such as Gear Box, Rope Drum, Mooring shaft, foundations to outside for the works by fabricated supports and chain blocks.
• Withdraw out the Gearbox out of the Mooring Shaft. Replace new spherical roller bearing (which was broken).
• Recondition the damaged parts.
• Reinstalling all components.
• Running test/ operation test by Ship Crew.

# Duration time: From 6th January 2024 to 11th January 2024 including disassembling/ transportation- travelling from Haiphong to Cua lo anchorage (320km) / replace spare parts/ recondition damaged / reinstalling on board/ centerlines adjustments and running/ load test on board
