Her carrying capacity is 56625 t DWT and her current draught is reported to be 6.9 meters. Her length overall (LOA) is 189.99 meters and her width is 32.26 meters.

# Scope of Job: Port side Anchor of the vessel was damaged, need to replace new Anchor (spare on board) including replace D Shackle (new spare on board)

# What were done for replacement Ship Anchor at Phu My Port of Vietnam:

Bacviet Commercial and Shiptechnical Company has appointed from Ship Owner to do replacement of Portside Anchor for MV BI JIA SHAN, including:

• Issued permit jobs from Port Authority of Vung Tau.

• Issued Boarding pass for Man Power.

• Issued Barge permits to alongside the Vessel from Port Authority of Vung tau and Phu My Terminal.

• Issued permit jobs from Phu My Terminal

• Mobilize manpower, tool, equipment to PTSC PHU MY Port.

• Prepare the barge for replacement work.

• Drop old portside Anchor and laying it on the Barge.

• Cutting the old D shackle by cutting torch.

• Transferring old Anchor to the main deck by Ship crane.

• Transferring the new D shackle and new Anchor to the Barge.

• Installing the new Anchor by connecting new D shackle.

• Welding both side of D shackle pin and close locking pin hole by welding ( This is requested by Owner).

• Operation test by Ship Crew.

• Demobilization manpower, tool and equipment to shore.

Duration time: 09th August 2023 (10h00 Am – 17h00 Pm)

Location service: PTSC PHU MY PORT.
