# How to be done for replacement feeder conveyor belt of Wood Chips Carrier Vessel in Quy Nhon Port of Vietnam:

Bacviet Commercial and Shiptechnical Company has appointed from a good Client from Japan to do replacement of Feeder Conveyor Belt for Wood Chips Carrier Vessel MV CINTLEYA, including:

• Issued permit jobs from Port Authority of Quy Nhon.

• Issued Boarding pass for Man Power from Immigration of Quy Nhon.

• Issued a Boat permits alongside the Vessel in Quy nhon anchorage from Port Authority of Quy nhon.

• Issued permit jobs from Quy nhon Terminal

• Mobilize manpower, tool, equipment to Quy nhon Anchorage.

• Prepare the barge for replacement work in anchorage.

• Meeting/ Discussing with Ship Master/ Chief Officer for safety control, repair plan and repair time before the works carried out on board

• Remove the old Feeder Conveyor Belt.

• Transferring old belt to Ship Store by Ship crane.

• Transferring the new belt to the situ.

• Installing the new belt.

• Bonding/ splicing new belt by special glue (cold method)

• Checking/ verify progress by Chief Officer and Ship’s Crew

• Operation test by Ship Crew.

• Demobilization manpower, tools and equipment to shore.
