# Steps to rewind the Generator Stator in Vietnam:

Arranged a fastest/ good quality workshop in Vietnam on repair/ rewinding electric motor and Marine Generator is called Bacviet Commercial and Shiptechnical company and which has been appointed from a good Client from China to carry out Rewinding Stator of Generator for Bulk Carrier Vessel MV MSM, the scope of jobs is including:

• Arrange technical come on board of the Vessel at Hon gai anchorage, disconnect electric cables of the Generator, disconnect Generator Shaft Coupling, withdraw out all Generator foundation/ support bolts, take out all the relate components parts.
• Move Generator to out of situ.
• Withdraw out Generator Rotor out.
• Transfer Generator Stator to Workshop in Haiphong ( Ship provision Crane to lift from Engine room to the Boat services).
• Rewinding stator according to the Shop's procedure.
• Re-varnish new coils.
• Heating up Stator by special equipment which can adjusting temperatures in during heating Stator.
• Mega- Ohm check/ tested at workshop.
• Transfer to the Vessel.
• Re-installing Generator set.
• Adjusting Shaft centerlines.
• Running test / Load test by Ship Crew

# Duration time: From 11th February 2024 to 16th February 2024 including disassembling/ transportation- travelling/ rewinding/ reinstalling on board/ centerlines adjustments and running/ load test on board
