REPAIR ITEM: GANGWAY AIR MOTOR MAINTENANCE.

PLACE: LACH HUYEN - HICT PORT - HAI PHONG.

     - First step, cut off the old bolts to remove system from the base.
     - Visual check air motor and confirm condition of air motor with chief engineer before landing.
     - Bring the air motor to the workshop for maintenance and repainting.
     - De rust all rusted/extra applied paint on securing bolt.

     - Dismantle and visual check all part of the air motor.
     - Checked rotor blade/fins of air motor: sometime it broken/split into pieces/vertical height reduce severely.
     - Replace with new rotor blade and make sure blade is in position and its upper edge not coming out of housing position.
     - Use sand paper to reduce the vertical height of rotor blade.

     - If working fine with hand then try out with air.
     - Replace all old grease with new one.

     - Restart and test.
